アカウントとデータの削除

PetMemoryLogへログインし、アカウント画面の「アカウントと全データを削除」を選び、確認して削除を開始してください。

ログインできない場合は、登録メールアドレスからpet-support@workbridge-app.comへ「PetMemoryLogアカウント削除依頼」の件名で連絡してください。パスワードは不要です。本人確認後に処理し、完了をご案内します。

削除の対象

写真・動画、メモ・生成文章・アルバム、ペット情報、家族招待・参加情報、プロフィール、認証アカウントを削除します。取り消しできないため必要な写真を先に書き出してください。端末や共有先の複製と決済事業者の取引記録は対象外です。バックアップ等はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

定期購入

アカウント削除だけではAppleまたはGoogle Playの自動更新は停止しません。購入元のサブスクリプション管理で別途解約してください。Web契約も削除前に契約管理で解約してください。

Delete your account and data

If you cannot sign in, email pet-support@workbridge-app.com from your registered address with the subject “PetMemoryLog account deletion request”. Never send your password. We verify ownership, process the request and notify you when complete.

What is deleted

Stored photos/videos, notes, generated text, albums, pet profiles, family invitations/memberships, profile and authentication account are removed. Export any memories you want to keep first; deletion cannot be undone. Copies on devices or held by recipients and payment-provider transaction records are excluded. See the privacy policy for backup retention.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not stop Apple or Google Play auto-renewal. Cancel separately in your purchase provider’s subscription settings. Cancel a web subscription through its billing settings before deleting the account.
