取得する情報と目的
メールアドレスとユーザーIDを認証・アカウント管理に使用します。ペットのプロフィール、写真、動画、メモ、生成した文章、アルバム、共有設定を保存・表示します。利用枚数、AI利用回数、購入・契約状態を利用上限とPremium権限の管理に使用します。IPアドレス、リクエスト時刻、エラーなどの技術情報は配信・不正防止・障害対応のためホスティング事業者が処理する場合があります。
写真・カメラ・共有
撮影を選んだ場合にカメラを使用します。既存写真は端末の選択画面から指定し、ライブラリ全体を読み取りません。端末への保存を選んだ場合は保存権限を使用します。写真はアルバム用に縮小・再エンコードして保存し、不要な位置情報などの撮影情報を引き継ぎません。原本のバックアップサービスではありません。家族招待やSNS共有は利用者の操作によって行われ、共有先に渡した複製は本サービスから削除できません。
AI解析と生成
AI機能を利用する際は、対象の写真、ペット名、任意メモ、文章の重複回避に必要な既存コメントが、Vercel AI Gatewayを経由してOpenAIへ送信されます。アルバムの文章生成では選択された写真と関連情報が使われます。画像解析に基づく文章は誤る場合があり、診断や専門的助言ではありません。AIを使わず写真を保存できます。利用者の写真を運営者の広告や独自モデル学習に利用しません。
委託先・決済
Supabaseが認証・データベース・非公開画像保存、VercelがWeb配信・API中継、OpenAIがAI処理を担います。iOSはApple、AndroidはGoogle Playが購入を処理します。Webの購入はStripeが処理します。契約管理に必要な購入識別子と有効期限等を保存しますが、アプリがカード番号を取得することはありません。各事業者の処理はそれぞれのプライバシー条件に従い、国外で処理される場合があります。
保存と削除
保存した写真やプロフィール等は、利用者が削除するまでサービス提供のため保持します。アプリ内で個別の思い出またはアカウントと関連データを削除できます。アカウント削除では写真・動画、ペット情報、文章、アルバム、家族招待・参加情報、プロフィール、認証アカウントを削除します。ログインできない場合は削除依頼ページをご利用ください。削除は取り消せません。端末や共有先の複製、決済事業者が法令等に基づき保持する取引記録は対象外です。ホスティングのバックアップ・技術ログ、AI事業者の不正利用監視データは各事業者の保持設定に従い、直ちに全複製が消去されるとは限りません。
広告・トラッキング・安全管理
アプリは広告を表示せず、広告識別子の収集や他社アプリ・サイトを横断した追跡を行いません。独立した広告・行動分析・クラッシュ解析SDKは使用していません。通信の暗号化とアカウント別のアクセス制御を使用します。個人情報を販売しません。法令に基づく場合とサービス提供の委託、利用者が選んだ共有を除き第三者に開示しません。
未成年者・変更
未成年者は保護者の同意を得て利用してください。重要な方針変更はサービス内で案内します。情報へのアクセス・訂正・削除や本方針のお問い合わせは上記窓口へご連絡ください。

Information and purposes
We use your email address and user ID for authentication and account management. We store pet profiles, photos, videos, notes, generated text, albums and sharing settings to provide the service. Photo and AI usage counts and purchase/subscription status manage limits and Premium access. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request times and errors for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Photos, camera and sharing
The camera is used when you choose to take a photo. You select existing photos with the system picker; we do not read your whole library. Saving to your device uses the necessary save permission. Album photos are resized and re-encoded without unnecessary capture metadata such as location. This is not original-file backup. Family invitations and social sharing are initiated by you. We cannot delete copies already sent to another app or recipient.
AI processing
When you use AI, the selected photo, pet name, optional note and previous captions needed to avoid repetition are sent to OpenAI through Vercel AI Gateway. Album text generation uses selected photos and related information. Generated text can be inaccurate and is not a diagnosis or professional advice. You can save photos without AI. The operator does not use your photos in advertising or to train its own models.
Service providers and payments
Supabase provides authentication, database and private media storage; Vercel hosts the website and API relay; OpenAI provides AI processing. Apple processes iOS purchases, Google Play processes Android purchases, and Stripe processes web purchases. We retain purchase identifiers, expiration dates and subscription status needed to manage access; the app does not receive card numbers. Providers operate under their own privacy terms and may process information outside your country.
Retention and deletion
Saved media and profiles are retained to provide the service until you delete them. You can delete individual memories or your account in the app. Account deletion removes stored photos/videos, pets, text, albums, family invitations/memberships, profile and authentication account. If you cannot sign in, use the deletion request page. Deletion cannot be undone. Copies on your device or held by recipients and transaction records retained by payment providers are excluded. Hosting backups, technical logs and AI-provider abuse-monitoring records follow provider retention settings and may not disappear immediately from every copy.
Advertising, tracking and security
The app has no advertising, does not collect advertising identifiers and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. It does not include a separate advertising, behavioral analytics or crash-reporting SDK. We use encrypted transport and account-based access controls. We do not sell personal information. Disclosure is limited to service providers, sharing you request and legal obligations.
Minors and changes
Minors should use the service with a guardian’s consent. Material changes will be announced in the service. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion or ask about this policy.
