お問い合わせ前に
- ログインできない場合は「パスワードを忘れた方」をお試しください。
- 写真が表示されない場合は通信を確認して再読み込みしてください。
- 購入が反映されない場合は同じストアアカウントで購入を復元してください。
- アカウント削除はアカウント画面から開始できます。ログインできない場合は削除依頼をご利用ください。
端末機種、OS、アプリのバージョン、発生時刻と操作をお知らせください。パスワード、カード番号、秘密の認証コードは送らないでください。日本語・英語でお問い合わせいただけます。

Contact pet-support@workbridge-app.com about PetMemoryLog, including errors, purchases, photos, AI text or deletion.
Before contacting us
- For sign-in issues, try Forgot password.
- If photos do not load, check your connection and reload.
- If a purchase is missing, restore purchases with the same store account.
- Start account deletion from the account screen, or use the deletion request page if you cannot sign in.
Include your device, OS, app version, time and steps. Do not send passwords, card numbers or secret authentication codes. You may contact us in Japanese or English.
