本規約はPetMemoryLog運営事務局が提供するサービスの利用条件です。
アカウントとサービス
正確な情報を登録し、認証情報を安全に管理してください。ペットの写真・メモ・文章を非公開アルバムに保存し、編集や書き出しができます。登録写真と文章の権利は利用者に帰属します。
FreeとPremium
Freeは毎月50枚まで写真を追加でき、ペット1匹、個別写真のAIコメントは月3枚までです。Premiumは月額680円または年額5,980円（税込、日本の価格）です。Premiumなら写真を枚数無制限で保存できます。Premiumはペット3匹、閲覧専用の家族招待3人まで、個別写真のAIコメント月30枚、月・年・一生の物語やカレンダー等を利用できます。動画はPremiumで月3本、1本10秒までです。
定期購入・復元・解約
iOSはApple、AndroidはGoogle Playで購入します。購入時のストアに表示される期間・価格が適用され、解約するまで自動更新されます。更新日前に購入元の定期購入管理画面で解約してください。購入の復元は同じストアアカウントで行ってください。WebのStripe契約はWebの契約管理から解約します。アプリやアカウントの削除だけでストアの定期購入は解約されません。解約後も保存済み写真の閲覧・書き出しはできますが、アカウント削除時は保存済みデータ自体が失われます。返金は購入元の規定に従います。
AIと禁止事項
生成文章は内容を確認して利用してください。正確性や目的適合性は保証されません。診療・健康判断の代わりにはなりません。違法な画像、児童への性的搾取、暴力的・差別的内容、他者の権利を侵害する情報、不正アクセス、迷惑行為、なりすましは禁止します。
変更・停止・責任
保守や障害、法令対応等でサービスを停止する場合があります。重要な条件変更はサービス上で案内します。法令で認められる範囲で、端末・通信・外部サービスの障害等による責任を制限します。利用者に法令上認められる権利を制限するものではありません。

These terms govern the service provided by PetMemoryLog Operations.
Account and service
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. The service stores pet photos, notes and text in private albums with editing and export features. You retain rights to your photos and text.
Free and Premium
Free allows 50 added photos each month, one pet, and manual AI comments for 3 photos each month. Premium costs JPY 680 monthly or JPY 5,980 annually including tax in Japan. Premium includes unlimited photo storage by count. Premium includes up to 3 pets, 3 view-only family invitees, manual AI comments for 30 photos each month, monthly/annual/life stories and calendars. Premium video storage allows 3 videos each month, up to 10 seconds each.
Subscription, restore and cancellation
iOS purchases use Apple and Android purchases use Google Play. The price and period shown at purchase apply; subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel through your purchase provider’s subscription settings before renewal. Restore purchases using the same store account. Manage Stripe web subscriptions through the web account. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a store subscription. After cancellation, saved memories remain viewable and exportable; deleting the account deletes the saved data itself. Refunds follow the purchase provider’s rules.
AI and prohibited use
Review generated text before use. Accuracy and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. It is not veterinary or medical advice. Illegal images, child sexual exploitation, violent or discriminatory content, infringement, unauthorized access, harassment and impersonation are prohibited.
Changes, availability and liability
Maintenance, outages or legal requirements may interrupt service. Material changes will be announced. Liability for device, network and external-service failures is limited only as allowed by law. These terms do not restrict your statutory rights.
